New Colin Hay album set for Aug. 18
Colin Hay, a close personal friend of the Stuck in the '80s show, will release his new album, American Sunshine, on Tuesday, Aug. 18. This marks the former Men at Work star's first time recording in Nashville; six of 11 tracks were recorded on Music Row. Which is not to say that the Compass Records release is a country album. Despite being born in Scotland, raised in Australia, the 56-year-old is very much a Los Angeleno obsessed with the sidewalk cracks of American life, urban and rural. We love this guy here in St. Pete, and recently chatted him up. You'll find that interview below with some other goodies.
