Longoria, Pena close in on records

For "70s Night" at the Trop, there's been plenty of action.

With back-to-back homers in the first two innings, rookie Evan Longoria has racked up six RBI - one shy of tying a team-record of seven set by Carlos Pena. It was his first multihomer game of his career.

And speaking of Pena, he has a single, double and triple so far through four innings, making him a homer shy of the Rays first-ever cycle.

With the game not on TV, stay tuned for updates on the record books...

Update 8:56 p.m. Pena's shot at the cycle ended in the eighth, when he was lifted as the Rays were up 11-3...Longoria, who struck out in the fifth, is scheduled to bat here possibly for the last time in the eighth...
