A messy end for fans
Thousands of fans streamed out of Tropicana Field in the 9th inning, only to discover the rain. Many had to walk half a mile or more to find their cars. Most people didn't have rain gear with them. But Rays fans who stayed until the end to see the Rays 4-2 victory kept on smiling as they slogged home.
