Mayor Baker: It won't rain on my watch

St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Baker promised a dry game if the World Series returns to Tropicana Field.

"There will be no rainouts in St. Petersburg," he joked at a press conference this morning.

Get it? The stadium is indoors.

Meanwhile, city officials said they have planned a World Series celebration for Saturday afternoon if the Tampa Bay Rays win.
