Miller still not a Cardinal

A few weeks ago, LHP Trever Miller had what sounded like a done deal with the Cardinals,but the contract has not been finalized and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports there may be a reason - Miller's shoulder.

According to the paper, "a team physical raised concerns related to a 2000 surgery to repair a torn labrum." Further, the paper said (Cardinals GM John) Mozeliak "would not predict a resolution of negotiations" with Miller.
