Crawford, Pena check in ...
The Rays are heading out onto the field for the first full-squad meeting and then workout of the spring, and it appears everybody but infielder Ray Olmedo is on the scene.
Carl Crawford and Carlos Pena are here, as is new signee Adam Kennedy, who is wearing No. 24. Olmedo is expected Thursday, delayed by, we're guessing, visa issues.
Manager Joe Maddon and other team officials will talk for about half an hour starting at 10, and then the players will be on the field.
