Rays 8, Indians 7

For the second straight night, the Rays didn’t lie down after a starting pitcher dug them a deep hole.

This time, however, Tampa Bay overcame it. And the Rays made history doing it.

After another forgettable start by left-hander Scott Kazmir, the Rays put together an unforgettable comeback, overcoming a seven-run deficit for an improbable 8-7 win in front of 25,827 at Tropicana Field on Friday night.
