UPDATE, 7:20: The Rays clarified the Isringhausen update - he underwent Tommy John surgery, as expected, and is out for the season.

UPDATE, 6:28: RHP Jason Isringhausen underwent reconstructive surgery on his right elbow today in St. Louis.

UPDATE, 4:45: The Phillies have changed their lineup slightly,with Howard moving to DH and Coste at first.

NEWS: The Rays are getting ready for the first of three games of their World Series rematch and Pat Burrell reunion event.
