Dioner Navarro leaves game with injury; Hernandez replaces him

Rays catcher Dioner Navarro has left tonight's game in the seventh inning, and was replaced by C Michel Hernandez.

It's unclear what injury Navarro occurred, but it happened when a Grant Balfour pitch appeared to deflect off the handle of Jack Cust's bat and hit Navarro in the catcher's mask. Navarro sat on the ground for a few minutes, getting attended to by Rays training staff, before walking off the field.

Whether it's a head, or right collarbone injury, it remains to be seen. We'll keep you posted.
