Rays game resumes after 20-minute delay for power outage

Just about ready to resume play at the Trop. And, yes, Roy Halladay is still in the game for the Jays. The delay officially was 20 minutes, 2:29 to 2:49. According to the Rays, Florida Progress said the power outage was caused by a lightning strike at a substation in the area, and the power outage was not limited to Tropicana Field.
