Kazmir leaves game with mild cramping in forearm

UPDATE: Kazmir left the game with what the Rays said was mild cramping in his lower left forearm, and the condition is not considered serious.

NEWS: LHP Scott Kazmir was just taken out of the game under odd circumstances - he started to warm up for the bottom of the seventh, then waved for manager Joe Maddon and assistant trainer Paul Harker to come out. After a brief consultation, he left the field, jogging off.

Kazmir had pitched extremely well, allowing only four hits and one run through six innings, throwing 101 pitches.

Grant Balfour replaced him.
