Rays send Rhyne Hughes to O's

AUGUST 15, 2009

The Rays completed their trade for Gregg Zaun by sending 1B Rhyne Hughes to Baltimore as the player to be named. Hughes hit 22 homers with 72 RBIs and and 33 doubles between Double-A Montgomery and Triple-A Durham. The Rays also may be getting some cash from the O's.
