Tampa Bay Rays Jason Bartlett a single shy of team's first cycle
UPDATE,1:00: Bartlett just struck out to end the 8th.
DEVELOPING: SS Jason Bartlett has a homer, a double and a triple so far, and will bat in the eighth needing a single to complete the first cycle in team history.
What would make it even more historical is that Colorado's Troy Tulowitzki has already hit for the cycle tonight, so it apparently would be just the third time in MLB history it's happened twice on the same night.
