Rookie Jeff Niemann finally gets his 13th win in his seventh attempt with five solid innings, and Dioner Navarro homers off Andy Pettitte as Tampa Bay beats New York for the second straight day. The Rays are finishing strong, with six wins in seven games heading to the final day of the regular season.
