Yankees will be without CF Cabrera with clinch possible in G5 tonight

The Yankees will be without CF Melky Cabrera in Game 5 tonight with a chance to clinch their 27th championship and first since 2000, and are working to replace him on the roster. Cabrera left Sunday's game with a mild strain of his left hamstring and according to manager Joe Girardi would be extremely limited. Brett Gardner will start in CF.

The Yankees are already without C Jorge Posada by choice, as Girardi sticks with his plan of having Jose Molina catch A.J. Burnett, and without Hideki Matsui, who is limited to pinch-hit duty since there is no DH for these games.

The Phillies are hoping LHP Cliff Lee can do enough to extend the Series to a sixth game, which would be in New York on Wednesday.

The Yankees lineup:
Jeter, ss
Damon, lf
Teixeira, 1b
A-Rod, 3b
Swisher, rf
Cano, 2b
Gardner, cf
Molina, c
Burnett, p

And for the Phillies:
Rollins, ss
Victorino, cf
Utley, 2b
Howard, 1b
Werth, rf
Ibanez, lf
Feliz, 3b
Ruiz, c
Lee, p
