Ryan Shealy, Joe Dillon sign minor-league deals
UPDATE, 1:33: The Rays release that they've signed Shealy and INF Joe Dillon, who was with them last year, to minor-league contracts with invitations to spring training.
DEVELOPING: The Rays added another interesting player on a minor-league deal, according to Foxsports.com, signing 1B-DH Ryan Shealy.
The 30-year-old, who is 6-5, 240 pounds, was limited to 25 games at Triple-A Omaha last season, and has a .271 career average in 591 plate appearances over four seasons with the Rockies and Royals.
