Rule 5 draft news isn't much

UPDATE, 9:32: Rays trade Zerpa to Dodgers for cash considerations. They lose LHP Mike Wlodarczyk in Triple-A phase to Washington, and RHP Douglas Salinas to Reds in Double-A phase. They took RHP Miguel Sierra from the Cubs in the Triple-A phase.

DEVELOPING: Rays select LHP Armando Zerpa from Red Sox in this morning's Rule 5 draft. Not clear if they keeping or moving him. They did not lose anyone.
