DEVELOPING: LHP Blake Snell is looking to win his majors-most 22nd game and improve his chances for the AL Cy Young Award tonight as the Rays take on the Blue Jays in the penultimate game of the season.

Snell goes into the game 21-5, 1.90 and among the favorites for the game's top pitching award, with a lack of innings, related to a short DL stint coming out of the All-Star Game.

The Rays need to win the final two games to get to 90 for the season.

With the Jays starting LHP Ryan Borucki and 3B Matt Duffy still out with a quad issue, the Rays lineup has a slightly different look:

Smith cf
Pham lf
Adames ss
Cron 1b
Lowe 2b
Gomez rf
Meadows dh
Sucre c
Velazquez 3b
Snell p
