A second baseman, he played two minor-league seasons in the organization.The Texas Rangers selected Wilson in the 2013 Rule 5 draft. He was traded to the Yankees in February.Wilson also participated in the Yankees' camp last spring. He struck out in his only at-bat.The Yankees open spring training on Feb. 13, when pitchers and catchers report. Position players will join them on Feb. 18, with the first exhibition game to follow on Feb. 23.
