UPDATE, 1:34: Verlander is at the table, so that makes it pretty much official he's starting.

BREAKING: The All-Star starting pitchers and lineups for Tuesday's game will be announced here shortly in Kansas City, with addiitonal reports confirming what we were hearing yesterday, that Rays LHP David Price will be scheduled for an inning's work but that AL manager Ron Washington's choice for the AL starter will be Detroit's Justin Verlander. Word is that Giants RHP Matt Cain is Tony La Russa's pick as the NL starter.
