Another Manny moment ...
Manny Ramirez did something else that got Manager Joe Maddon talking -- and it was another good thing.
Maddon said he gave Ramirez Sunday totally off, and that Ramirez showed up at the Charlotte Sports Park anyway and was in the batting cage before 8 a.m.
Maddon continues to rave about Ramirez's work ethic and attitiude.
"He's been a joy,'' Maddon said.
