Baseball America's top 10 Rays prospects, and more



Today was Rays day over at Baseball America as the experts released their list of the Rays top 10 prospects. Most interesting is how LHP Matt Moore, who was ranked fourth last year, moved up to second, and ahead of OF Desmond Jennings, who was No. 1 a year ago. Also to be noted is that Tim Beckham, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2008 draft, is not on the list, after being ranked sixth a year ago and second in 2008.
