Bullpen change: Ramos down, Buente up
UPDATE, 9:07: Buente will be used at the semi-long man in the six-man bullpen, pitching either early or in extra innings initially. He is expected to arrive in time to be available tonight.
DEVELOPING: The Rays optioned struggling LHP Cesar Ramos to Triple-A Durham, and have recalled RHP Jay Buente, whom they had acquired from the Marlins in late June. Ramos was a bit surprised but acknowledged he'd been struggling and hoped to regroup with Durham and return soon.
