Bullpen shuffle continues: Delaney up, Buente down
The Rays shuffled their bullpen again Wednesday, calling up RHP Rob Delaney and sending down RHP Jay Buente. Delaney was up earlier in the year, then designated for assignment. He had to be added back to the 40-man roster, which is now at 39. Buente wa called up and pitched Tuesday.
