Cobb taken to hospital with discomfort in hand

UPDATE, 11:53: Rays are not saying much about his situation, but indications are that it's more of a vascular issue, such as a blood clot, than anything structural. Maddon said they noticed he seemed "uncomfortable" during the game, but Cobb didn't complain of anything.

DEVELOPING: Rays rookie P Alex Cobb had "discomfort" in his right hand and was taken to hospital for tests. That's all Rays are saying for now.
