Update, 9:28: Sean Rodriguez just hit his fifth homer of the spring, a two-run shot to give the Rays a 7-0 lead in the bottom of the eighth.
Hank Blalock hit his second double of the game.
Update, 9:12: Rays expand lead to 4-0 on a RBI single by Willy Aybar following a double by Hank Blalock, his first hit as a Ray.
Update 8:50 Ex-Ray RHP Joe Nelson pitches a scoreless sixth for the Red Sox.
Update 8:38 After RHP Dan Wheeler threw a scoreless fifth, RHP Andy Sonnanstine took the mound to start the sixth.
Update 8:21 Carl Crawford makes the defensive play of the night, a diving catch near the leftfield foul line to end the top of the fifth.
Update 8:13: Wade Davis' outing is over, and it was an impressive one. He threw four scoreless innings, giving up just three hits while striking out five.
Update 8:07: The Rays take the lead with three runs in a two-out, fourth inning rally. They loaded the bases, thanks to a Zobrist double, Pat Burrell walk and a B.J. Upton infield single. Dioner Navarro then got hit by a pitch, driving in a run, and Gabe Kapler hit a two-run single.

Update 7:36 Davis threw a 1-2-3 third, and the game is still scoreless. The Rays had their best chance in the second, when Ben Zobrist hit a one-out double but was stranded.
Update 7:22 Davis threw another scoreless inning, though the Red Sox put runners on second and third with two outs, before Ben Zobrist made a nice pickup on a sharp grounder at second.
