Maddon: All quiet on trade front
Rays manager Joe Maddon said he hadn't heard from executive VP Andrew Friedman this morning and took that to mean there was nothing new on the trade front.
"No texts, no emails, no conversations, no nada,'' Maddon said. "There's no change. I've not heard anything.''
Maddon said he expects to have the same players they have now after Sunday's 4 p.m. deadline. "I do,'' he said. "I really do.''
