Matsui leaves game with hamstring tightness

UPDATE, 11:59: Matsui said he felt something pull, but expects to only be sidelined a few days and not need to go on the DL.

BREAKING: Hideki Matsui left Monday's game with left hamstring tightness in the second inning.

Matsui, 38, was starting in the outfield for a second straight day, and ran after two fly balls in right - one that dropped in, and one that was foul - and appeared to bang into the wall on the second.

He was replaced in the lineup by Jeff Keppinger, who went to third base, with Will Rhymes going to second and Ben Zobrist to right.
