The Devil Rays further reduced their roster Wednesday by optioning the following players to Triple-A Durham: INF Wes Bankston, RHP Jason Hammel, INF Elliot Johnson, LHP Chris Seddon. The moves reduce the Rays roster to 42, 17 over the opening day limit.
