Niemann out indefinitely with inflammation in rotator cuff
Rays RHP Jeff Niemann will be out indefinitely after an exam by Dr. Koco Eaton found slight inflammation in his rotator cuff. Niemann, who returned Saturday after missing 3 1/2 months, was frustrated by the news and said he is trying to stay positive but it is unclear if he will pitch again this season.
