About a 2 1/2-hour drive south down I-75 from St. Petersburg, the Rays split squad will play the Twins here in Fort Myers. While many of the veterans stayed up in St. Pete for the home tilt against the Phillies at Progress Energy Park, a lot of the Rays younger starters and others vying for roster spots will receive innnings here at Hammond Stadium.
