Rays fourth in BA rankings; Price tops their 30



It's prospecting season, when lists and rankings start popping up everywhere.

The Baseball America Prospect Handbook, considered by many the authority on such matters, came in the mail today, which makes it a good day. The Rays dropped to fourth in the overall talent rankings (behind the Rangers, Marlins and A's) after being first the last two years. Their list of the Rays' top 30 prospects contains a few surprises in terms who was ranked where.
