The Rays have announced the process for purchasing single-game tickets for spring training. This will be the team's second spring training at Charlotte Sports Park in Charlotte County, Fla, with the first game Mar. 4 vs the Orioles.

 Single-game tickets will go on sale next week, based upon availability, according to the following:

Wednesday, January 13:  Special password card pre-sale.  Special password cards will be available at participating Hess Express Stores in the North Port and Charlotte County locations on Tuesday, January 12 from 9 a.m. until noon.  The password card gives users the opportunity to purchase up to four tickets for each spring training game, subject to availability, during a special online pre-sale on Wednesday, January 13 from noon until 11:59 p.m.  Supplies of password cards are limited.  For more information, please visit raysbaseball.com/springtraining.

Thursday, January 14:  Rays Insider subscribers will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for each spring training game at raysbaseball.com beginning at 9 a.m.  Passwords will be supplied to registered users by email on Wednesday, January 13.  The deadline to subscribe to Rays Insider is Monday, January 11, at raysbaseball.com.

Friday, January 15:  Spring training tickets will go on sale online to the general public exclusively at raysbaseball.com at 9 a.m.

Saturday, January 16:  Spring training tickets will go on sale at 9 a.m. at the box office at Charlotte Sports Park, all Ticketmaster outlets, the Rays Tampa Store at 400 N. Tampa St., the Tropicana Field box office, by phone at 888-FAN-RAYS, and online at raysbaseball.com and www.raysbeisbol.com.

Single-game tickets range in price from $8 to $25.  Rays spring training season tickets are available by calling 888-FAN-RAYS or visiting raysbaseball.com, and start at only $240.  Season ticket holders will continue to receive significant savings and the biggest benefits, including the opportunity to purchase discounted parking.
