Update 12:05 p.m. Manager Joe Maddon said everything went really well with RHPs Jeff Niemann and RHP Wade Davis' bullpen sessions today. The next step of their rehab from right shoulder strains is a simulated game Friday in Oakland, with the target date of a return in next week's Anaheim series (Aug 23-25).

Developing: The Rays are looking to make it a clean sweep of the AL West-leading Rangers and five in a row overall in today's matinee before heading to the west coast.

The lineup looks a little bit different, with Carlos Pena at DH, Ben Zobrist at first and Sean Rodriguez in rightfield.
