S-a-t-u-r-d-a-y night

The Rays are looking for their first back-to-back road wins since June 28-30 of last season when they take on the Twins Saturday night. They were still feeling pretty good over Scott Kazmir's strong outing on Friday and their win over two-time Cy Young Award winner Johan Santana. It was the fourth time they'd beaten a reigning Cy Young pitcher.

The Rays win - their first in Minnesota since June 2004 - was big news in the local papers. The Star-Tribune headline, which was posted in the Tampa Bay clubhouse, was: Rays, of all teams, halt Santana's run

Check out Sunday's Times for a look at Japanese 3B Akinori Iwamura's success, as well as the significance of the Jackie Robinson anniversary in the Rays' clubhouse.

Manager Joe Maddon has Elijah Dukes back in centerfield tonight, with Rocco Baldelli at DH. Dukes had some problems breaking back on balls hit in front of him on Thursday.

The rest of the lineup:
Baldelli, dh
Zobrist, ss
Crawford, lf
Wigginton, 1b
Young, rf
Iwamura, 3b
Navarro, c
Dukes, cf
Upton, 2b
