Sellout for opener
The Rays announced Thursday that Friday's home opener was officially a sellout.
A limited number of obstructed view seats have been made available, but otherwise all tickets have been sold, with a crowd of about 38,600 expected.
Meanwhile, there were snow flurries at Yankee Stadium as the Rays started pre-game drills on Thursday.
