Developing: The Rays return to Port Charlotte today for a game against the Phillies, with righthander James Shields scheduled to make a start.

Tampa Bay has been playing well the last couple weeks, bouncing back from a 1-7-1 start to go 11-12-1 in spring training.

Other than Shields, bullpen candidate RHP Rob Delaney is slated to throw. The Rays will face one of the Phillies hyped "Phantastic Four," RHP Roy Oswalt.

The Phillies are bringing a few regulars, notably SS Jimmy Rollins, LF Raul Ibanez and 1B Ryan Howard

UPDATE, 1:15: James Shields had an impressive first inning for the Rays, retiring the Phillies in order on 12 pitches.

Update 10:55 a.m. The Phillies made a couple changes to their lineup.
