For starters: Longoria moves to fourth, Damon third in batting order vs. Jays

Rays manager Joe Maddon has shuffled his lineup to give it a more lefty, righty, lefty feel tonight against the Toronto Blue Jays.

LF Sam Fuld will still lead off, but switch-hitting Ben Zobrist will bat second with DH Johnny Damon hitting third head of 3B Evan Longoria.

"I just wanted to try and utilize all the different people we had and try to figure out the best way to do it,'' Maddon said. "In yesterday's game, Fuld and Damon (batting 1st and 2nd) come up and (Blue Jays LHP Marc) Rzepczynski) comes in. But now I break that up just a little bit but I still want to have high on base percentage guys on in front of Longo. That's one part. The back part to protect him, there's Matt (Joyce) and then you want B.J. in a nice sandwich between two lefties...

Here is tonight's lineup:

Fuld LF

Zobrist 2B

Damon DH

Longoria 3B

Joyce RF

Upton CF

Kotchman 1B

Brignac SS

Jaso C

Pitching is Jeff Niemann (1-3, 5.60)
