For starters, Rays at Angels, on Greinke day



UPDATE, 2:49: Maddon said Evan Longoria was feeling good today and would DH again for Durham, continuing his rehab with a potential return later this week. ... The Angels scratched OF Mike Trout from their lineup due to a leg bruise. ... Maddon said the Rays are prepared for Greinke given the quality of their advanced scouting system, and also that it can be a difficult environment for Greinke to come in as "the mercenary.''

BREAKING: The Rays have a chance to win a second straight series this afternoon and spoil the welcoming party for Zack Greinke when the take on the Angels at 3:35.

Jeremy Hellickson will be on the mound for the Rays, who beat the Angels 3-0 last night, against Greinke, acquired Friday from Milwaukee to boost the Angels rotation.

The Rays won two of three from the Orioles, and have split the series thus far with the Angels, who are three games ahead of them in the race for the second wild-card. The Rays next go to Oakland to face the A's, who lead the wild-card race.
