For starters: Rays go for a series sweep vs. Orioles on Mother's Day

The Tampa Bay Rays will try to extend their franchise-tying record of seven straight road wins today by attempting to sweep the three-game series against the Baltimore Orioles.

Rays RHP Wade Davis (3-2, 2.77) will be pitted against O's RHP Brad Bergessen (0-3, 4.88) in a Mother's Day game featuring both teams using pink bats, batting gloves -- and in some cases -- wearing pink shoes as part of Major League Baseball's breast cancer awareness program. In fact, OF Johnny Damon will be wearing pink Pumas that he will auction after the game to raise money to help Tracy Galvin, the sister of Rays pitcher Adam Russell who was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer last Aug.

Here's the Rays lineup:

Sam Fuld LF

Ben Zobrist 2B

Johnny Damon DH

Evan Longoria 3B

Matt Joyce RF

B.J. Upton CF

Casey Kotchman 1B

Reid Brignac SS

John Jaso C
