For starters, Rays at Mariners, seeking seven without Evan
UPDATE, 8:00: Luke Scott will DH again for Charlotte on Tuesday, so he's not quite ready to rejoin the Rays yet.
UPDATE, 7:01: As manager Joe Maddon hinted at Sunday, Evan Longoria is not in tonight's lineup, a day of rest planned after he played six straight games as the DH. Also, the "experiment" of playing Ben Zobrist at SS seems to becoming more and more permanent as he starts tonight with the Rays most ground-ball heavy starter on the mound in Cobb.

BREAKING: The AL wild-card leading Rays are looking to extend their winning streak to a season-high seven games tonight when they face the Mariners with first pitch at around 10:10 p.m.
RHP Alex Cobb, on a modest run over his last three starts, will be on the mound against Seattle's Blake Beavan.
The big question on the Rays lineup is whether it will include Evan Longoria, who has played, as the DH, in six straight games -- all wins, by the way - since coming off the DL on Tuesday. Manager Joe Maddon suggested that tonight might be the right time to give Longoria - who was out more than three months with a left hamstring injury - a rest, especially following the three-plus hour flight Sunday night.
Here is the Mariners lineup:
Dustin Ackley 1B
Michael Saunders CF
Kyle Seager 2B
John Jaso DH
Jesus Montero C
Trayvon Robinson LF
Eric Thames RF
Chone Figgins 3B
Brendan Ryan SS
Blake Beavan P
