For starters, Rays at Orioles

UPDATE, 11:47: The Rays are here, radio guys Andy Freed and Dave Wills are here, fans in Rays gera are here, but it's raining, and hard to predict when, or if, it's going to stop. Manager Joe Maddon didn't have much news pre-game, aside from the plans to give Matt Joyce two at-bats in his first big-league exhibition of the spring, and his hopes to see better fastball command from David Price.

Sounds like most of the A lineup will play in Sunday's televised home game against the Yankees, and that B.J. Upton may get the chance to start playing in exhibitions next week, but on a limited basis, "like it's the start of spring training for him.'' Still seems like he'll open the season on the DL and miss the first week of road games.

There are five former Rays in the Orioles clubhouse, but the only one they're assured of seeing is LHP Mark Hendrickson, who will be on the mound. None of the others are in the lineup: Danys Baez, Chris Gomez, Aubrey Huff or Ty Wigginton. On the other hand, C Matt Wieters, the game's prospect, is playing and could end up facing LHP David Price.

The Rays left early from Port Charlotte; here is their lineup:

Ruggiano, lf
Sadler, cf
Aybar, 3b
Zobrist, 2b
Gross, rf
Ensberg, 1b
Joyce, dh
Riggans, c

And here is the Orioles lineup:

Pie, cf
Freel, ss
Montanez, rf
Moore, 3b
Salazar, 1b
Wieters, c
Cabrera, lf
Moeller, dh
