For starters, Rays vs. Braves, with Rhymes back

Update 2:24 p.m. Rays manager Joe Maddon said INF Will Rhymes is good to go, that he could have played Friday night as well. Maddon said the only issue was his right forearm, there were no concerns over any medical issues related to him fainting in Wednesday night's game.

*OF Desmond Jennings (left knee sprain) said he's feeling a lot better, and has been hitting and throwing, believing he'll be back "really soon." Maddon said he's unsure if Jennings, due to come off the DL May 27, would need to get at-bats somewhere on a rehab assignment before he comes back.

*Braves 3B Chipper Jones (left calf contusion) is not in the Atlanta lineup, and it appears doubtful he'll play again Sunday, meaning he likely has had his last at-bat at the Trop. Jones hurt his left leg after getting hit by a hard grounder by B.J. Upton in the third inning Friday, and was hobbling around the clubhouse today.

*OF Sam Fuld said he has a follow-up appointment in the Cleveland Clinic Tuesday to figure out the next step in his recovery from right wrist surgery. He's also been prepping for his TV appearance Sunday, when he'll be on the Sun Sports broadcast of the Rays game, discussing stats.

UPDATE, 12:40: Rhymes indeed is back in the Rays lineup:

BREAKING: The Rays will try to snap a two-game losing streak today with another interleague matchup with the Braves at Tropicana Field.

Righthander Alex Cobb, called up to replace injured righthander Jeff Niemann, will make the start tonight, hoping to fill in as well as he did last year in the second half of the season.

INF Will Rhymes was hoping to be able to play today, so we'lll see if the soreness has subsided in his right forearm.

It does appear doubtful, however, that Braves 3B Chipper Jones will be in the lineup, as he left Friday's game in the seventh with a left calf contusion.

“I think it’s safe to say my career in Tampa is over,” Jones said.

Lineups to come....
