Rookie of the Year candidate Jeremy Hellickson, coming off a complete game against Baltimore, will be on the mound for the Rays, taking on Boston rookie fill-in Kyle Weiland.
An interesting quote from last night, courtesy of the Boston Globe, from former Ray Carl Crawford: "hey have a bunch of young guys. They’re going to play hard until the end. They have all that energy. It’s their time of the year, they like to try and finish strong. "
The Sox will again be without 3B Kevin Youkilis, who was examined and treated in Boston on Friday for a hip problem.
