For starters, Rays vs Red Sox; Burrell doing some early hitting

The Rays will begin a big two-game series with the Red Sox tonight at the Trop, trailing Boston by five games for the wild card spot.

Manager Joe Maddon had hinted Monday he was considering some lineup changes, taking a look at his leadoff and DH spot. Right now, DH Pat Burrell has been doing some early hitting for the past 25 minutes or so, under the watchful eye (and instruction) of Maddon and bench coach Dave Martinez.

Should be a good pitching matchup tonight, with Rays RHP Matt Garza and Red Sox LHP Jon Lester, a rematch of last year's ALCS Game 7.

Here is the Rays lineup:

Bartlett ss,
Crawford lf,
Longoria 3b,
Zobrist 2b,
Aybar dh,
Pena 1b,
Upton cf,
Navarro c,
 Kapler rf,
Garza p

Here is the Red Sox lineup:
Ellsbury, cf
Pedroia, 2b
Martinez, 1b
Youkilis, 3b
Ortiz, dh
Drew, rf
Varitek, c
Reddick, rf
Green, ss
Lester, p
