For starters, Rays vs Tigers

The Rays will finish off a four-game series with the Tigers today in a matinee at Tropicana Field.

They await the much-anticipated All-Star Selection Show (1 p.m.) on TBS, with LHP David Price and RHP Fernando Rodney likely Rays participants.

Price, pulled from Friday's start due to lower back tightness, felt good in his typical between-starts bullpen session Sunday morning and expects to make his next scheduled start against the Yankees.

"Absolutely," pitching coach Jim Hickey said. "No question."

There's a little different lineup today against Tigers LHP Drew Smyly, with 1B Carlos Pena and DH Luke Scott getting the day off. That puts INF Jeff Keppinger at first base, and Desmond Jennings in center, with B.J. Upton getting off his feet at DH. Hideki Matsui will get the start in left, and Sean Rodriguez makes  his first start since Wednesday.

RHP Alex Cobb, coming off a rough start in Kansas City (eight runs, 13 hits), will be on the mound, saying he's encouraged with how he battled late in that outing to go eight innings, convinced he's made the necessary adjustments.
