Vogt, De La Rosa expected to join Rays Wednesday

C Stephen Vogt and RHP Dane De La Rosa are expected to be called up now that Triple-A Durham's season is over and join the Rays on Wednesday. The Rays could have another call-up, with RHP Chris Archer a possibility.
