UPDATE, 5:51: Not much news out of Cash's pre-game session; LF Desmond Jennings (left knee bruise) was in Port Charlotte today receiving treatment and will be on that schedule all week. .... There was a scoring change Monday from the fourth inning, with a wild pitch by Jake Odorizzi changed to passed ball, reducing his earned runs allowed from four to two. ... Rays starters have allowed 3 earned runs or less in each of the last 19 games, though the team is only 10-9. ... overall, Rays pitchers lead the AL with a 2.75 ERA and their starters have a majors-best 2.46 ERA, but the team is 11-12.

DEVELOPING: After yet another frustrating loss on Monday that left them with the worst record in the American League, the Rays take on the contending Blue Jays again tonight at the Rogers Centre.

LHP Drew Smyly, coming off a solid 7-inning outing though no decision against the Royals, will be on the mound for the Rays. He is 2-2, 2.65 in eight games (five starts) against the Blue Jays. RHP Marco Estrada is starting for the Blue Jays.
