For starters: Rays at Twins, weather permitting



UPDATE, 6:50: The game will at least be delayed up to an hour by rain. ... Also the Rays made a lineup change, deciding to leave Luke Scott back in Port Charlotte due to the possibility of a wet field. Leslie Anderson will be the DH.

UPDATE, 5:39: Maddon said he took advantage almost all of his regular to put together a batting order that "could be real close" to what they use in the opener. .. OF Sam Fuld felt good after his baserunning drills on Tuesday and is likely to play in a minor-league game Friday or Saturday, Maddon still confident he will be ready for the April 2 opener.

UPDATE, 4:31: The skies do look a little clearer here in Fort Myers.

UPDATE, 2:58: The weather report from Fort Myers is encouraging, so the Rays will leave as scheduled at 3:15.

UPDATE, 2:07: Rays lineup, could be the opening day pieces, tho with Molina rather than Lobaton behind the plate and, obviously, Price on the mound.

DEVELOPING: The Rays are scheduled to play the Twins in Fort Myers tonight, though rain could be an issue.

LHP Matt Moore, who has shown some signs of progress in an overall unimpressive spring, is set to be on the mound for the Rays, and most of the big-name position players are supposed to play.
