UPDATE, 5:20: C Ryan Hanigan (hamstring) said he's excited to get back into the starting lineup from the DL. Manager Joe Maddon said he plans for Hanigan and Jose Molina to both see plenty of playing time, in part to help ease Hanigan back in.

The Rays announced that they've signed 10 more draft picks: INF Michael Russell (fifth round), RHP Bradley Wallace (10th), INF Jace Conrad (13th), LHP Greg Maisto (16th), LHP Steve Ascher (17th), RHP Kyle McKenzie (20th), LHP Ryan Pennell (22nd), 1B Nic Wilson (24th), 3B Carter Burgess (28th) and OF Chris DeMorais (38th).

Today's lineup:

Rays

Jennings CF

Kiermaier RF

Longoria 3B

Loney 1B

Zobrist 2B

DeJesus DH

Joyce LF

Escobar SS

Hanigan C

Bedard LHP

DEVELOPING: The Rays end their eight-game homestand tonight with a 7:10 game against St. Louis.

Some ugly offensive numbers coming into the game: The Rays haven’t scored in a club-record 28 consecutive innings. With 14 losses in their last 15 games, they’re in their worst stretch since June 25-July 12, 2007. They’re hitless in their last 19 at-bats with runners in scoring position – and only 10-for-their-last-101.

LHP Erik Bedard (3-4, 3.61 ERA) faces off against Cardinals RHP Michael Wacha (4-4, 2.61).

Lineups and more coming.
